Most event galleries are delivered within 24 to 48 hours via a private online gallery. For larger multi-day events I'll confirm the timeline upfront so you know exactly when to expect the images.
Every good shot from the event, professionally edited, delivered as high-resolution digital files with full usage rights. No per-image charges, no watermarks, no extra fees.
Yes. I carry full public liability insurance and can send a copy of the certificate to any venue or client that needs it before the event.
I bring backup cameras, backup lenses, and backup memory cards to every shoot. If anything fails I've got a second of everything ready to go, and your event keeps moving without you ever knowing there was an issue.

I've photographed events at most of the major Cambridge venues over the past 8 years. Colleges include King's, Trinity, St John's, Queens', Jesus, Clare, Corpus Christi, Newnham, and Downing. University venues include the Department of Engineering, the Department of Chemistry, the Downing Site, and the University Museum of Zoology. Cultural and event venues include the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge Corn Exchange, Cambridge Junction, Storey's Field Centre in Eddington, Anglia Ruskin University, and the Cambridge University boathouses. If your venue isn't on this list, it's almost certainly still one I can cover.
Yes. I cover corporate conferences, product launches, and networking events for Cambridge's tech and life sciences companies across the Science Park, Biomedical Campus, and similar venues. Full-day agendas from keynotes to candid networking are no problem.
I'm based in Cambridge and cover events across the whole city, including Chesterton, Newnham, Trumpington, Cherry Hinton, Eddington, Arbury, Girton, Milton, Histon, Fulbourn, Great Shelford, Waterbeach, and Cambourne. Beyond the city, I travel regularly across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire, including Ely, Newmarket, Huntingdon, St Neots, Royston, Saffron Walden, Haverhill, Bury St Edmunds, Bedford, Biggleswade, Letchworth, Luton, St Albans, Stevenage, and Thetford. Travel is included within 20 miles of Cambridge. Further afield, I add a small travel charge which I'll always confirm upfront.
