Most 1 to 3 bed Airbnb properties and holiday lets take around 1 to 2 hours. This includes room-by-room coverage, styled detail shots, and exteriors. Larger serviced accommodation, apart-hotels, and multi-room properties take longer depending on the number of rooms and spaces. I'll confirm the expected duration when you book.
A tidy, well-presented space makes a big difference to the final images and your listing performance. Clear surfaces, make beds, open blinds, and remove clutter. If possible, lightly stage the property so it feels inviting. Set the dining table, add cushions, fold throws neatly, and create the impression of a space ready for a guest to walk in. The more prepared the property is on arrival, the faster the shoot runs and the better your listing images will look.

I'm based in Cambridge and cover property shoots across the whole city and the surrounding region, including Ely, Newmarket, Huntingdon, St Neots, Royston, Saffron Walden, Haverhill, Bury St Edmunds, Bedford, Biggleswade, Letchworth, Luton, St Albans, Stevenage, and Thetford. Travel is included within 20 miles of Cambridge. Further afield, a small travel charge may apply and I'll always confirm this upfront before booking.
