Having spent some time looking for a photographer who could capture a very small wedding party at a reasonable price I was so glad I chose Richard. He seemed to understand exactly what was needed and was extremely polite and efficient. He was also very relaxed and friendly so everyone felt at ease.Posted on Google![]()

We cannot recommend him highly enough. He photographed our daughter Jessica and Tom’s wedding and went above and beyond throughout the entire day. He has such a lovely, kind nature and made everyone feel relaxed, comfortable and special. So many of our guests commented on what a genuinely nice man he was. He also stayed well beyond the agreed time to make sure he captured everything, which we really appreciated. Debbi and I both felt he was an absolute pleasure to have at the wedding and helped make the day even more special. A fantastic photographer and a genuinely lovely person. Thank you again!Posted on Google![]()

Richard was absolutely fantastic. The photos from our son’s first birthday are beautiful – he captured every special moment so naturally, and we couldn’t have asked for more. On top of that, he was an absolute pleasure to have there. So many of our guests commented afterwards on how lovely he was and how much they enjoyed chatting to him. He made everyone feel comfortable, and I think he’s gained quite a few lifelong fans! Thank you so much, Richard. We’ll treasure these photos for years to come and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.+5Posted on Google![]()

Natural and documentary. I cover the day as it happens, capturing candid moments as they unfold. When it's time for group shots and couple portraits, I step forward and give clear, relaxed direction so everyone feels comfortable and it doesn't eat into your day. The result is a gallery that feels like your wedding, not a photoshoot.
It depends on the length of coverage, but typically 50 to 100+ per hour. You get every image that meets my standard. No filler, no duplicates, no per-image charges.
Within 7 days. Everything is professionally edited and delivered via a private online gallery. You can download, share, and print straight away.
Yes. I keep them relaxed and quick. I'll ask for a shot list before the day so we know who's in each group and can move through them efficiently. Most group sessions take 15 to 20 minutes. The rest of the day stays documentary.
Rain doesn't stop a wedding and it doesn't stop the photography. Some of the best wedding images come from overcast or rainy days because the light is softer and more flattering. If we're planning outdoor portraits and the weather turns, I'll adapt on the day and find covered or indoor alternatives. I always have a backup plan.
I've photographed weddings across Biggleswade and Central Bedfordshire, including The Shuttleworth Collection at Old Warden, hotels and function rooms across Biggleswade and neighbouring Sandy, and country houses, barns, and private venues throughout the area. If your venue isn't on this list, it's almost certainly still one I can cover.
Yes. I work with a trusted videographer who films alongside me on the day, so everything is coordinated without you needing to manage a separate team. Videography is available as an add-on from £600. Get in touch for details.
