I was commissioned to photograph Willingham House, a restored Victorian boutique hotel and aparthotel in the village of Willingham, Cambridgeshire, a short drive from Cambridge city centre.
The brief covered the luxury bedroom suites, en-suite bathrooms, and a range of event and conference spaces used for corporate meetings, workshops, and private functions.
Properties like Willingham House present an interesting challenge: the rooms are varied in character, from period-styled lounges through to boardroom and ceremony setups, so the photography has to work hard to show both the comfort of the accommodation and the flexibility of the event facilities.
